I am trained as an integrative counsellor; this means I take methods from different counselling approaches to suit the needs of the individual.
People choose counselling for a variety of different reasons, such as; anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship problems, low self-esteem, stress or traumatic experiences. Counselling helps you to process difficult challenges and experiences. It provides you with the space and support to understand yourself better, uncover subconscious processes and identify patterns of behaviour. It provides you with the time to recognise and acknowledge what you think, feel and need.
We can’t change what we don’t know – with a new found awareness of self and a different perspective on experiences, brings the opportunity to find new strategies to support mental well-being.
